There are two reasons why I had to wait 15 mins for my Skate and chips... 1: Cooked to order, very fresh and lots of fish on a perfect crisp batter 2: So busy as everyone goes there (you'd be mad not to...best I have had in along while). The man on the counter gave nibble portions of chips to aid the wait, a goodwill gesture to customers, though given the size of the fish and chips, this was hardly required as some chips just couldn't fit in my very happily full belly. Fully recommended.
